The North Bucks Youth Theatre (NBYT) program is designed to provide a comprehensive musical theatre education for young performers aged 9 to 18, helping them reach their full potential both on and off the stage.
At Peploe-Williams Academy, we believe that talent needs consistent and solid training to develop into something extraordinary. Our North Bucks Youth Theatre program is led by a team of experienced professionals who have graced the stages of the West End and worked alongside legendary producers like Cameron Mackintosh. Now, we’re bringing that expertise to your child, offering them the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.
NBYT is more than just a class – it’s a vibrant community where young performers come together to explore their creativity, build confidence, and work as a team. Our program offers an immersive experience in musical theatre, focusing on the three pillars of acting, singing, and dancing. Through this holistic approach, your child will develop the skills needed to excel not only in theatre but in all areas of life.
Our past productions, including Legally Blonde and Mamma Mia, have given students the chance to shine on stage and experience the thrill of live performance. These productions aren’t just about putting on a show; they’re about personal growth, teamwork, and the joy of creative expression. With each new production, your child will gain invaluable experience, build lifelong memories, and take their first steps toward becoming a confident, well-rounded performer.

Meet Emma Peploe-Williams
At just 11 years old, Emma was accepted into the prestigious ballet school, Bush Davies, in East Grinstead, then at 16, she moved to the world class Doreen Bird College where she gained her teaching qualifications with Distinction in ISTD Qualifications. A glance at the show program of any London theatre will find at least one Bush or Bird pupil in its pages! Emma has since coached numerous pupils to audition successfully for Bird College, Mountview, Laines, AADA, Arts Ed, GSA and other prestigious top performing Arts schools in the UK & USA.
